Propex Geotex 102F US Fabric Equivalent is US 230

NTPEP APPROVED - GTX-2019-01-284. US 230 is a woven monofilament filtration geotextile made of 100% high-tenacity polypropylene yarns. US 230 resists ultraviolet and biological deterioration, rotting, naturally encountered basics and acids. Polypropylene is stable within a pH range of 2 to 13. US 230 will satisfy the requirements as outlined in AASHTO M-288-06 for Permanent Erosion Control & Subsurface Drainage (<15% fines) and meets the following M.A.R.V. values except where noted:

Geotex® 102F is a woven monofilament polypropylene geotextile produced by Propex®, and will meet the following Minimum Average Roll Values (MARV) when tested in accordance with the methods listed below. The individual filaments are woven into a regular network and calendared such that filaments retain dimensional stability relative to each other. These characteristics make Geotex® 102F ideal for filtration beneath hard armor systems. The geotextile is resistant to ultraviolet degradation and to biological and chemical environments normally found in soils. Geotex® 102F conforms to the property values listed below. Propex® performs internal Manufacturing Quality Control (MQC) tests that have been accredited by the Geosynthetic Accreditation Institute – Laboratory Accreditation Program (GAI-LAP). This product is NTPEP approved for AASHTO standards. This data sheet for Geotex® 104F is provided for comparison purposes only.
