(1) The ALDOT QPL INCORRECTLY lists US 160NW, US 180NW and US 205NW as approved for this application. US 100P meets the AASHTO Paving Fabric specification. ALDOT is also requiring a Class 2 AASHTO M 288 Paving Fabric. This designation does not exist. There is only one type of AASHTO Paving Fabric. Please be careful.

(2) The geotextiles for this use must have a coefficient of friction test by the Central Lab.

(3) Standard practice for creep testing of uniaxial geogrids is rupture. ALDOT specifies "Creep Reduced Strength at 10% total Strain Limit."

(4) ALDOT does not have an approved products list for these applications.
